Eligible if:

Partial Refund (Cancellation After Work Started)
If we've begun work on your order, a partial refund is available minus costs already incurred.
Timeline:
- Up to 7 days: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- 7–14 days: 75% refund (work commenced)
- After 14 days: 50% refund (significant work completed)
Non-refundable costs: Government filing fees, expedited processing fees, registered agent annual fees (if activated)
