Founded in 2025, Ardentis Offshore Solutions was established with a clear mission: to make US business formation accessible and straightforward for international entrepreneurs — particularly those in Southeast Asia.
Our founding team experienced firsthand the challenges of forming a US company from abroad: confusing state requirements, complex IRS procedures, and the difficulty of opening US bank accounts without a physical presence.
We built Ardentis to solve these problems. Today, we've helped over 500 clients from more than 30 countries successfully form US companies, obtain EINs, and open business bank accounts — all without ever setting foot in the United States.
